Pom Pom Crab?

I have a crab in my tank that made it with my LR that looks like a pom pom crab except for the colors which this one is a deep orange / brick color and the anemones look like feather dusters!

He's always hiding and finally last night he came out and I had good view of him! He's very very fast and does not like the light! He also looks to have claws which pom pom's don't! Sorry I do not have a picture nor do I think I can snap one! Can anyone ID him please?

My wife thinks that his 'feather dusters' look more like chinese fans that he open and closes every second or so!

If his mandibles look like fans and sweeps into his mouth, he may be a species of porceilin crab, which are filter feeders and reef safe.

They do...and he does look like a porcelain except for the fans!
