Plant like growth on rock??

Does anyone know what this plant like stuff is growing on my rock? It is growing around some of my zoa's and I don't know if it will harm them I pulled them off once already and it grew back. Is it good or bad?

No doubt that they are Halimeda plants, the major characteristics of these plants is they grow very fast. These plants contain heavy deposits of calcium carbonates, lots of people likes to grow these plants since they looks pretty awesome in tanks. Few days ago even I have saw them growing in my tank, and I was much worried about their fast growth, but upon some inspection on this issue I came to know that this plants are neither bad nor good, so we should not get worry about its growth.
