Phosphate Levels?

I just purchased a Hanna phosphate tester. My first test tonight shows 0.10, is this possible?

What should I the level be in a reef aquarium?

.10 is totally possible. The meter has a .03 error margin so keep that in mind. You want to keep it under .08 if you can but .1 isn't bad. I usually take 3 tests and take the average of my readings unless I get 0.0 readings. Once you get po4 under control it's pretty easy to keep it down. My SPS show it if mine gets above .05
