I have an Octo 200 NW Recirc. It is totally stock. My tank is a 75g, so I should have plenty of skimmer for that size tank but I want to see what this skimmer can really do. I want to mod it but I'm not sure which mods would work for this particular skimmer. I have seen a lot of people boring out the 90 that goes from the OCTO 3000 pump to the skimmer, but the peice I have looks a little different (One is end is longer than the other). I ordered enkamat PF4 yesterday and plan to do the mesh mod. As for the venturi mod, I have the skimmer installed externally so I'm not sure if it would leak. Any advice would be priceless.
