yup, things are changing. not only with CO2 levels in the atmosphere raising the acidity but also salinity changes in the ocean due to icecaps melting, which causes a reduction in the oceans buffering capacity. then on top of that we directly posion the ocean with toxic waste dumping, oil spills, ect...we are hitting it from all sides.
