I noticed that my q tank was showing signs of nirtite of around .25 in my tests. My main tank was showing zero and about an hour after i changed 30 percent of my q tank water with my salt water mix, the nitrite was still .25.:turntable I then thought heck ill check my R/O water mix to see if that was the source. It tested zero as well. So I figured lets check my salt water mix, it tested .25. So the only thing I could figure from all of this is that my salt is the reason for the high nitrites. My salt is Crystal Sea, Marine Mix, Premium Reef Blend Salt. Just wanted to know what I could do about this problem, or if anyone else has experienced this with this or any other salt mix brand.
