New sprouts on LR

I'm almost 9 months in (sounds funny) and I'm noticing some new little sprouts growing on a few pieces of LR. Any ideas? Camera-phone pic sorry..

You can see them hanging down under the baby Xenias

Likely suspects: Hydroids or sponges.

Thanks Cbrown. They are starting to appear everywhere. I wonder if eventually I'll have a forest of these things.... They look neat so I'm not too concerned.
