I would agree totally with Glenn & dip that polyp frag in coral dip. Check it close for Nudibranch eggs & re-dip it.
Being they were on the frag, they may be zoa eaters. The dip won't kill the eggs. Close inspection needed.
Here's a picture of some Nudibranch eggs on a zoa frag that I had in my tank:

It's like an open circle swirl on one of the polyps. I just noticed my polyps didn't open for several days.
I got rid of them (thank goodness!!) & learned to never add without dipping.

Nudibranchs are awesome critters, but not the best for reef tanks. They have specialized diets, where one species will spend its entire life (a year or two, they don't live long) eating on one type of sponge or coral. They don't have varied diets. So, if this guy wasn't eating on that coral it came on and if it didn't find the specific corals or sponge that it eats in your tank, it would have died in your tank from starvation and would have fouled the water.
