So I am new to purchasing equipment/materials online and I have a fish only tank tank that I am starting up and I wanted to get the Red Sea Artifical Live Rock for. I shopped around for prices and purchased a variety of this product from Underwater Warehouse which ended up beinng a terrible company. The company never gave me any info after three weeks of me calling them nonstop with my confirmation info looking for my product. I reached their answering service which said to leave a message and then every other day it said their message box was filled. So now I am looking at other companies that have the product like AllPetMall.com or Global Aquaria but can not reach any of these companies either and I don't want to make the mistake of giving my CC info again and hearing nothing. Any suggestions???
