What is the name or family of the stretched out rust colored things? (Sorry about the poor photo.) I've had it for over 4 years under PC lights and it has slowly deteriorated as there was a lot of them packed solidly together when I bought it. I'm changing to T5 lights and would like to know where to place this. Thanks.
