My RedSea 130D skimmer isn't skimming

I bought my 130D set up back in February (used) and now the skimmer is not producing enough flow to generate any skimmate I cleaned it up with a water/vinegar solution and let it run for an hour in my sink at which time it seemed to be working fine with good flow. But when I submerge it all the way, it does not have enough flow to create more than a ripple up top. Is there possibly a blockage in the intake I missed or do I need to look at something else (impeller?). Everything looks fine but it is just not producing enough flow. Please let me know if you have any thoughts.

Well, if water isn't flowing, something is keeping it from flowing. Should be pretty straightforward to check the intake and impeller. I think you'll find what it is pretty quick. Depending on the age of the pump, it might be worth replacing if it seems like you have a low-flow situation.
