I have a choice of using Nutri-Seawater or mixing my own. The tank will be a fish only with no live coral or live rock. Should I use the Nutri-Seawater or something else ?

It comes down to this: How much access do you have to premix and how much do you trust it? For me I do not trust it. My experience was that every batch was not the same, varying SG. IO is a decent salt and works well for a FOWLR tank. If it were me I would mix my own. Shaun

I agree with Reddog170, mix it yourself with ro/di only or buy it from a LFS you know you can trust. I have an 14 gal. cube reef and fish, 100 gal, main display tank with great sucess with both. The most important you can do is monitor your water parameters and react as necessary.
IMHO :)

Make your own! Buying and transporting all that water would be a pain. It can't be cost effective either..
