Mushroom Polyp - Ricordea Green

Will anything in a reef tank eat a Mushroom Polyp? I am missing one and have no idea what could have happend to it.

hard to tell what type of crab that is. But its a possibility. Sometimes thay can come loose and float around the tank and reattach somewhere else. Check power heads, behind or under rocks. I have Zoas that came un attached and i couldnt find for a few weeks and them BAM there they were at the very bottom of the tank sticking to a rock and the sand. Now its started a nice little colony there.

Either one could well be true.
They definitely have been known to detach and float away to places unknown. But crabs are definitely evil and will eat pretty much anything.
Much as I would like to blame the crab, detaching is more likely in this case.
