Hey guys,
I have 2 MP-10's the w ES type. I have started to have problems, first the power supply went out on one and now the dry side is making a sound like a dry bearing would?? I have not lost faith in these units "yet" and the CS has been spectacular, I'm just curious if I'm the only one??

Did you align both halves properly? To do so, you 1st place the dry side outside the tank, then place the wet side and move it roundly until no sound or vibration can be sensed...
I own a couple of MP40W and never had any problems.

Yeah did it all, in fact the noise is there when I remiove the wet side and run it free. I have not lost faith in this product by far, I probably just got a bad one "it happens".

I must say that any concern I have had with EcoTech is overcome by their superior customer service, my dry side has spun a bearing, they say it failed way to fast, and 2nd day mailed me a new. Thanks Jeff!!!!
The best!!!
