Ya i dont really wanna have to replace electronics in them that often. I just really want to get rid if my t8's

What do yall think of trying to retrofit my fixture with t12 or t5's?

IMO,T8s are better than T12s unless you're referring to the VHOs,but I'd take to T5HOs any day over T8 or T12,there's so many different spectrum's of T5s on the market that it shouldn't be a problem finding the look that you're going for,plus the light intensity output is far better with T5HOs

yes i was referring to the vho's. So basically i should think about a t5 retrofit instead of replacing my light with the double ended fixture with t5's since it would be way more cost effective.
