Max for a nano

I have a 30g mix reef with a 20gsump/fuge I want to enter as a Nano but I need to know if it will be a Nano? This is the Pic's of the tank...

Looks like a nice little tank. I think most people say nano is up to 30 but some say smaller.
Regardless it looks like things are going well. Be sure to keep lots of pods around for that mandarin. Glad that you have a fuge for it.
