Maroon clown mellow

I have recently put an occelaris clown (sorry for incorrect spelling) ahich looks like nemo with my maroon clown. The maroon clown nmipped a little bit for a few days but then they got along and noe the orange one is the dominant and my maroon clown fish has mellowed out and usually stays in one area and my orange little giy is a bit bigger than my maroon and she swims around a ton and very rarely picks on the little maroon
Could there be reasoning to the maroon being very mellow and not eating as much, hanging in one area?

Usually the maroon clown tesds to be the nasty one, In any case, clowns are going to establish a pecking order. It they are more or less getting along, just leave them alone. If that changes, one of them is going to need to be removed. A lot of this depends on the size of the tank and size of the fish.
