Live Foods, Do you use them?

Just wondering how many reefers out there use live food. Phyto, rotifers, artemia, etc.

Wanting to know frequency and reasons for use, your supplier, and if the results are all you hoped for.

not really...last time i used live brine shrimp from my LFS i lost my coral beauty and two clowns due to a huge ich outbreak...

thinking of adding some phyto in mine. its been a long time since. So with the new rehab of the 110g. I've been thinking about getting some planktonic action going. But ever since I began this hobby, easy does it. I don;t want a huge bloom in the tank or another outbreak of aiptasia due to food in the water column. I do add "zoo" for my little guys but its not live per say.
