Know anything about cameras???

is this camera any good for our hobby. it has something called supermicro. but i dont really know anything about it Cyber-shot® T700 Digital Camera

Looks like it has good reviews. Although if you want to do "macro" (close-up) photography I would go in the direction of Nikon. I have had great experience with Nikon and their ability to get very close up sharp images with "point and shoot" cameras. On the other hand, if you really want to get into photography spend another $300 and get a reasonably nice "SLR" camera. I would suggest the Nikon D60 for starters and you would be able to put different lenses on according to what type of photography you want to shoot. I currently have the Nikon D80 and love it.
