What are your water parameters?
Ammonia?
Nitrite?
Nitrate?
Phosphate?
PH?
Calcium?
Alk?
Temperature?

Are there any fish or other inverts in the tank that may be pestering the worm?

Have you made any drastic changes to the tank? Water Changes? Temp. Changes? etc.

Did the water circulation change? Or did a powerhead blast the worm?

Without any more information we are really just speculating.

I just went up to a pet shop and got my water tested. for some reason my tank started cycling again. I did a 50% water change. the lady said she doesn't recommend any more then 25 but since it was at the peak of cycyling that i could do do 50. i just changed the water and will see how things go.

I always hated it when someone said this to me but, I wouldn't trust a LFS for anything. Although they are wonderful salesmen most don't give a rats @$$ about what's really going on. Even fewer know how to take care of fish. What does all this mean?

You should get your own tests liquid is preferred and test yourself and keep a log. :cry1: Now I sound like all them other jerks who drove me nuts. If any of them are listening thanks. :nekid:
