In Need of Guidance and Knowledge with MH Lighting

This is kind of a continuation from my previous thread asking about metal halide light brands. I ordered an AquaMaxx bulb, and I received it today. I put it into the fixture, plugged it in, and no light.

Here is a similar light fixture to the one I own, which only has a single 150w bulb. With my limited knowledge I assume now that I have a bad ballast. Now I am trying to figure out which ballast to get; would this Ice Cap ballast work? A link to a ballast that would work instead or as well would be very helpful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

check out diyreef.com they are having some killer deals. and remeber if you get a magnetic ballast the bulbs have to match, if you get an electronic one then you dont have to worry too much. but its best to get an electronic one. ice cap is one of the best you can get. check them out and see what they have left.
