id this worm

unknown worm thought it was a peanut worm but not sure need help, is it good bad or how to get rid of it

I can't really tell how long it is, but the bicolor makes me think it looks a lot like the few bristleworms we have in our tank. However, our looks more pink/purple. Pretty, but I've heard they are no good. No way I can catch them, though--they are quick!

Possibly Echiura (spoon worm). Hard to tell unless you dig it out of the sediment.

The body of an echiuran is composed of a sausage-shaped, cylindrical trunk and an anterior proboscis. They are usually a drab gray or brown color. The proboscis is large, flattened projection of the head and cannot be retracted into the trunk.
