Ok then do I take the rock out o the tank. Then apply the glue and cut them off. the rock has 9 mushrooms on it. Oh use the thin or thick glue.

That's one way. I have applied Superglue in the tank with success. The glue solidifies almost instantly. How big is the rock?
Take the whole rock out and place it in a quarantine tank or a bucket of saltwater. Try applying the glue in or out of the bucket, whichever is easier. If you take it out of the bucket put it back in the water for a few minutes. Take the rock out again and try removing the algae. If one ruptures, give the rock a good rinse and place back into your show tank.

great, now for the bad news lol, red bubble does not like light and likes to hide under and between rockwork, might want to have a peek, when its small it can be hard to spot
