What is this? Pics are crappy but in the center is an umbrella like jelly fish, I think. I've seen around a dozen in the past week. Sometimes the jellies are resting and others swimming in a pulse like fashion. They are only a few mm in size. Not the best of descriptions but will answer any questions.

I can't really tell from the pics, but from your description, it could be Cassiopea sp. a.k.a. Upside down jellies. Not a common hh, but they do hitch a ride in on LR sometimes.
