Hydrogen Peroxide dip for GSP

I've been reading about hydrogen peroxide dips to remove hair algae from Zoas and frag plugs, etc. I have some GSP that is starting to be over run with HA and was wondering if this could work or would it hurt the GSP even more. Anybody out there with experience doing this or likewise any comments would be great.

I have heard of people doing this. For myself, I'd be afraid to try it. I'd also be more worried about hurting the stuff I wanted to keep. I'd rather try more conventional methods first.

If those didn't work, and I wanted to try hydrogen peroxide, I'd use it on a small frag first and see how I made out. Only if it didn't hurt the livestock and got rid of the algae would I use it on the rest of them.
