How to properly trim cheato?

Tektite how do you get so much pods are they growing in you fug? my cheato never have that much. also those look different that the ones i have.

Those are the Tigriopus californicus (aka Tigger pods) that I culture, not in tank, just dose them for fish/coral treats occasionally.
