How to keep food from floating out of the feeding station.

I set up a feeding station for my seahorse and then i try to put frozen mysis shrimp into it but it just floats up and the feeding station is pointless. I tried with brine shrimp but the samething happens. How do i make it sink.

Thaw the shrimp in SALT water to make it heavy (sink).
Thawing it in fresh water makes it float.

Also, you may have to adjust the water flow down so the current doesn't blow the shrimp away.
I use a large abalone shell for a feeding station and it works really well.
