How to increase flow in sump

So i have put some cheato in the sump but i was wondering if there is anyway to increase the amount of flow in the sump (maybe from the skimmer or something else) to increase the amount of tumbling the cheato should be doing.

Lol. This is why I reconfigured mine, the only way I can think of would be put a small powerhead in the back left hand corner, put your return from any other pumps like from a chiller back there or change the outflow from skimmer into the backside of left chamber. Could also do a combination of them. Good luck with it it may take a while to get the flow dialed in correctly with any of these.
