How to catch a Mantis?

Look what I found after running this tank for 13 months....

It came out of one of my rocks. I can't really take out the rock... so what are my options?

You might have to incorporate some sort of trap in the tank. Maybe something like the one in the link below. Put some food in it right before the lights go out and cross your fingers. By next morning, you might have a mantis shrimp. GL.

Some people have had success putting bait in a bottle and setting that down in the tank. I've also heard of people tricking their shrimp over time by slowly conditioning it to take food from a stick, each day it got braver, and then they were able to coax it out with food and net it.
