I know a lot of us do it and every has there own special recipe. If you make your own "mush", what do you put in it? For the past several months I've been working through my current batch which includes:

Shrimp
Scallops
Mussels
Clams
Freeze dried phyto
Nori
Couple of squirts of Brightwell omega

Then I throw it all in the processor, blend her up and then put it in ziplock bags a freeze it. I mix up my feedings between this, mysis and veggie pellets. Is there anything you would add? I'd love to see other peoples food recipes.

How about some vitamins? You can always add boiled broccoli if you have veggie leaning fish!

Shrimp tails, clams, scallops, squid, powdered kelp, spirulina, oyster eggs, roe, selcon, gelled with agar agar. If left ungelled you can also include krill but it won't properly gel with the krill.
