Homemade Fish Food Recipe????

Hey everyone,
I remeber seeing a thread like this on the RAG a while back, but i lost the link.
I was wondering if anyone out there has a recipe for DIY fishfood. . Thanks Everyone!!!

I make my own frozen food.

I use semi frozen shrimp, octopus, clams, squid, and mussels. I put them in my food processor with some RO water and chop till the pieces are very fine. Then I add a cut up sheet of nori and whiz it again.

I freeze it in zip lock bag "pancakes" about 1/4" thick. To use it I break off a dime sized chunk and thaw it in a small bowl by adding some tank water and stiring. I use a baster to target feed my corals but the clowns steal most of it.
