Help! Tunze Nano RO

I need some serious help on this one!

Purchased the Tunze Nano RO unit yesterday and got it fitted to my tap.

However, I have turned the tap on and the unit is leaking like mad. I don't know what's going on but if I turn the tap down it doesn't produce anything, it just leaks, turned right up it produces RO, waste water, but leaks so much I just can't believe it.

The Tunze instructions are as much use as a chocolate teapot!

Please help! Got a red sea max 250 coming tomorrow.

Seems like you are missing a rubber ring seal.....can you post ssome pics of the unit?

To make matters worse my bathroom now smells like garlic and onion. Is this normal?

I don't think you can turn it on to full pressure, at least with my Coralife full size I can't, I'll blow something out again. I blew out a hose the first time. Is the housing cracked or anything?

I haven't had the pressure on anywhere near full which is why I'm so concerned. The unit is actually leaking around the point where the RO water is meant to come out, almost as it the housing is cracked. I'm going to call the supplier today and see what they say but it is very strange and also a surprise for a Tunze product.
