help id..bristle worm? and emrald crab?

by the time i went to grab my cam it was almost all the way back into the rock..its right in the middle of the pic..it looks like its kinda fuzzy on the edges..maybe just a bunch of legs i dunno
second pic..i think its an emrald crab but not sure..again right in the middle..it never comes complety out to get a good look at it
any help is greatful

i was pretty sure on the worm..just wanted another opinion
on the crab..i know..it never comes out any further than that even at night time..guess ill just leave it be for now

lol..yes it does..my digi cam sucks i need a new like yesterday..hahaa
yeah..its got legs like my 2 red mithrax crabs just a diff. color

I'd have to agree with the posts above mine and say the first picture is of a bristle worm, as for the second...well it proves the benefit of camouflage.
