Growing in my corals

I don't know if I am supposed to post this question here, if not I am sorry.
I have this white stuff growing in between some corals of mine. It used to be larger, now it seems to be shrinking. I can't quite tell but it looks like it may be growing from the inside of the live rock.
Here is the best photo I could get of it right now.

You can see it in the main area and also some at the bottom right.

Sponge and it looks to be the same kind we have growing on our galaxea. It is very invasive and can take over corals! I would try to remove it. Exposing it to air (although that doesn't seem to phase it too much), scraping with tweezers and toothpick.

I moved this rock and there was a large hole in the bottom rock with all kinds of sponge in it.
I picked it out with tweezers little by little.
Thanks for the help.
