Getting Flow in the Sump?

So have some cheato in the left hand chamber of the sump but i am not getting enough flow in there to have it tumble.
What can i do to change this with the existing equipment or what could i add to aide in further flow?

Must the cheato tumble? I've seen some successful sumps where there's so much macro algae that no tumbling can ever happen... I'm asking because I really don't don't for sure and would be interested to hear the opinions. In my sump, I have DSB and LR, so the cheato doesn't tumble, and it seems to be doing ok.

Seagars, you have your chiller pump in that compartment right? Splice the return line from the chiller into 2. Place the second line with a valve into that chamber.
