We are taking down the last of the tanks we are planning to and have a sand sifting starfish we will give away today only.
It has to be picked up today as I really don't have a tank to put him in and my 210g is not ready for it as it was just set up.
Stipulations are:
You must not be putting this in a small tank like a Nano cube or smaller tank like 20 gallons
It must be an established tank....
It must not be loaded with other sand inhabitants that are all competing for the food there.
You must be willing to supplement it with other food once in awhile.
Only reason for above is these stars eventually will starve in a home aquarium and I have had this guy for a long while. It was supplemented with mysis shrimp and sometimes pieces of krill placed under it at night. A JBJ 12g would be no place for this starfish......
