Frag or not?

Here is a photo of a Cali tort I have and it is growing kind of crazy. When I bought it, it looked almost like a tree. Now the branches are starting to form from the base and the top, but the middle is still one big stalk. My concern is no light in that area due to shading. Should I frag off the top part and let the bottom grow or leave it? It is kind of an odd shape. You can see the bottom part is growing in one direction and the top another.

Personally, I'd leave it and allow it to grow into its natural form. Once it gets too close to other corals, then I'd start to frag the area closest to the other corals. Otherwise, I'd leave a healthy growing coral alone.

If it is shading itself, this is a natural occurrence and I'd let it be.
