Flatworms?

i cant post a pic because i dont have a good enough camera to see them but under my lunars i saw a couple very small orange spots on this one rock on top of red coraline, just a few spots, but should i treat with flatworm exit just to be safe? is there anything else that would be orange under lunar lights? i cant really see them moving, but wat should i do?

idk, theyre not on the glass, there wer just a few VERy tiny orange specs on one rock

Don't worry about them. They are not really harmful unless their population gets out of control and they smother your corals.
When you do your water change you can siphon them out. If I were you I wouldn't worry about the Salifert Flatworm Exit, concentrate on letting your tank age and gain stability.
