Looks like a pesky flatworm, aceol maybe ?
Remove as many as you can. Add more flow. You can dip corals that are covered with them. If that doesn't get em try flatworm exit. You can double the dosage if necessary and use a pound of carbon per 50 gallons of water to remove toxins created by the dead flatworms.
