One hundred gallon sea clear aquarium, two 250w 14k MH ,two 10k 65w, two actinic 65w, protin skinmer, one fluval 304, 25 gallon sump, 3 power heads, one heater, 80 pounds of live sand, 150 live rock and one damsel for now.

suggestion, loose the damsel and use a cocktail shrimp to cycle the tank. That Damsel can get quite agressive toward other fish.... other than that sounds like tons oh fun to me.....

I agree with the posts above... use a cocktail shrimp to cycle your tank instead of a damsel.
