I suppose this question is not necessarily seahorse-specific, but I am asking in regards to a tank that I am setting up to be a SHOWLR with 2 pair of H. erectus.
Anyone know a really good place to get some fake corals (most importantly ones that seahorses will like to use as hitching posts) but will NOT cost $600+
I want something really realistic-looking, but my searches for some of the top names in fake corals has only turned up super-expensive options. I was hoping to spend no more than $200 on tank decorations (not including substrate and live rock etc, just on the fake corals I mean).
If anyone has a source they have used can you please let me know? It's so hard to tell if something is going to be realistic-looking in real life when just looking at pictures online.
