Look I have a 150 gallon acrylic tank but bought it with the UGF ready to go. I have 120 days in and want to get rid of the UGF. Anyone out there know the best way to use the holes in the bottom of the tank or easy way to change out? What would be towards best qualitly?

I would just remove the lift tubes and cap the holes off. "Back in the day", we use to use the UGF plate to create a low oxygen area to eat nitrates. (That was the early 90's of course)...LOL

Holes in the bottom of the tank? Are you sure your talking about and undergravel filter and not and overflow setup?
