dwarf lion fish

I bought a dwarf lionfish wednesday accumatted him for three hours put him in when lights went out.Thursday am saw him.and have not seen him since. do these guys have a tendencey to hide for days.have tried to feed with ghost shrimp to see if he would out nothing.ANY IDEAS?

My lion fish was too big to hide but it was shy and would not take food every time I introduced it, especially when it was new and again when it was moved when we moved the tank to a different house. hope this helps a bit

Lionfish often behave this way. Give him a few days to acclimate. When he's hungry, he'll come out.

ok its been 5 days now.really starting to worry.he did eat 2 ghost shrimp when i first put him in.mayby hes just not hungry yet.
