yeah,they are a good site and the shippings awesome,in the long run if you buy a few things its tons cheaper then going to the LFS and payin their prices plus their taxes on every item

Never been to the "Store". Their on-line store gets about 50% of my equipment buisness and I've gotten about 85% of my livestock from their "Live Aquaria" side of the house. Never had a problem with them. Only complaint is their shipping (equipment) is slower than others I've used.

Their customer service is very good, I was treated well, and the individual I spoke to seemed genuinely concerned that I was satisfied.
