Dosing 2part cal n alk

How far apart should I. Dose some say alkalinity at night some say cal n the day right now I'm dosing one at 6pm cal 6:30 pm

I dose the alk first and then I just wait till it clears then the cal. Just before lights out. works well for me.

pH will vary .2 to .3 during every light cycle. I prefer to dose alk after or before the light cycle starts when pH is the lowest. Calcium I don't think it matters.

I also hold the opinion that if it's necessary to dose alk and calcium in your tank you should be testing for magnesium as well.

Reefer this is just what I want to hear I've been thinking switch to alk at night cal n the day I'm not having any problems just looking to do better n keep learning thank u thinking a lot about your post
