I am looking at DIY of t5 reflectors. I have unlimited access to a sheet metal break, as well as a few skilled sheet metal workers who are way more talented with the break than I am.
I have scoured the internet looking for exact measurements for bends, and I do think that a simple 4-5 bend piece of reflective material (to be decided) would work great. However, I have found a few photos of things that were beaten in to shape with hammers....but nothing with absolute measurements.
I would love to see some measurements of simple reflectors so that I could diy my own. I have no troubles calculating angles or distances.
It is cheaper for me to buy a horticultural grow light with individual reflectors than it is for me to just buy the reflectors......I am sure I can make them for cheap.
