I would assume so but dont really know - sure a helluva lot cheaper than a sunpod !

I used a similar light on a reef tank about15 yrs ago,and coral grew like mad under it,but by today's standards the water looked like a urine sample!Replace the bulb with something more suited for a reef and it will work just fine.
