Well finally getting it all together got the 1/4" glass cut the other day and got some silicone now for the fun part!! Used a 40 gallon breeder tank.. And divided it up into 3 10" sections with 2 baffles between skimmer and fuge, and 3 baffles between fuge an return. I have about 7.5 gallons in my return area( hoping it's enough I have a mag 9.5) started getting them installed and found that silicone has a tack time of 5 minutes so I had to do the first 2 baffles ove this morning yay... Here's my progress!!
All layed out!

well finally got it all done had to notch the frame to get one of the baffles in but it worked I have just enough room for my skimmer about 7.5 gallons for my return and 7.5 gallon refugium... Going to use some mineral mud and a DSB add some cheato and a mangrove forest once the silicone cures!!

With the skimmer set it there... Not much room!!

Notice the notches on frame some extra silicone and call it good!
