Dangerous to the Clown?

I purchased a percula clown this afternoon and instead of going to the bubble tip anemone (which I was informed that it would) the fish is gravitating towards the pumping xenia. It swims right through it with no apparent side effects. Is this a problem?

Hi Pumbaafoot, no worries there, more likely the pumper should worry, my mated pair host a clam, when the two of them couch out you cant see the poor clam.Steve

Hey! This could be an idea for a new contest! How about a photo contest for weird clown/host photos? One of my clowns like to sleep in one of my open brain corals.

mine host my xenia as well. no problems yet and they have been together for almost a year now
