I found a lot of interesting information here.
Does this forum helpful for you also?

How interresting that this old thread popped up when I was just reading about the subject last night.
According to the article in this month's Aquarium Fish International it is exactly the opposite. When corals are close together they expend almost all of their energy in the fight for space and have little left to grow etc.
It was a very interresting article but that was one of the key points.

Holy necro posting batman, the dynamic duo's blast from the past, wonder how things are in the "deep-end" for TG.

Given all the "karma to you" posts on this thread alone, and the
fact that t-girl has over 1,200 posts, how is it possible that she
has so little karma???

Witfull, please elaborate on "necro" and "deep end"

TG = Tank girl who has benn MIA for quite some time. We welcome her back anytime.

Necro = dead, meaning this thread has resurected from a deep slumber. It's all good, eh Wit?

Been researching corals on Google for our new (1 year old) salt water tank.

This is still one of the best and more complete references to date! Thank you to everyone who helped out with it! :clink:
